OpenGPU’s mission is to democratize high-performance compute access using decentralized GPU infrastructure. Our roadmap reflects a strategic evolution — from core infrastructure to global-scale network effects.

✅ Phase I – Core Infrastructure & Testnet Launch

(Q1–Q2 2025)

Goal: Build the foundation of OpenGPU’s decentralized compute marketplace and onboard the first batch of contributors.

Goal: Launch $OPEN, decentralize resource access, and kick off ecosystem-wide incentives.

Goal: Scale OpenGPU into the go-to decentralized compute backend for AI, DePIN, and Web3 infra.
